C.D.’s legal background began in Business Law. Following law school. C.D was recruited by an Oil & Gas corporation located in Houston, Texas. While working at a publicly traded Oil & Gas company, C.D. negotiated, wrote, and reviewed thousands of contracts and business deals, with some of the negotiations concerning hundreds of millions of dollars. Through those high stakes experiences C.D. became an expert at maximizing the value for his clients, which he now uses to benefit his personal injury claims.

For his work in the legal field, C.D. has received numerous awards. He has been selected by Super Lawyers for Missouri and Kansas. C.D. was recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers. He has also been awarded a Top 10 Under 40 Personal Injury Lawyer award given by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.

C.D. accepts cases from both Missouri and Illinois. Additionally, C.D. is licensed to practice in the United States Federal Court in the Eastern District of Missouri.

C.D. was born and raised in the South County area of St. Louis, and now lives in Eureka, MO.
