C.D. Longo is a Managing Partner and Founder of Longo Biggs, LC. As a Partner at Longo Biggs, LC, C.D. concentrates on only two types of law, Personal Injury and Business Law.
C.D. has been the lead attorney on a countless number of Personal Injury Cases, including car accidents and worker’s compensation claims. For his Personal Injury clients, he has settled and obtained judgements totaling well into the millions of dollars. While many attorneys simply will not file lawsuits, C.D. is proud of his track record of aggressively filing suit when necessary. His main goal is to maximize the value of his client’s claims.
C.D.’s background in Business Law began following law school. C.D was recruited by an Oil & Gas corporation located in Houston, Texas. While working at a publicly traded oil and gas company in Houston, C.D. negotiated, wrote, and reviewed thousands of contracts and business deals, with some of the business negotiations concerning hundreds of millions of dollars. C.D. relies on that experience and expertise to help his current clients.
For his work in the legal field, C.D. has received numerous awards. He has been selected by Super Lawyers for Missouri and Kansas. C.D. was recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers. He has also been awarded a Top 10 Under 40 Personal Injury Lawyer award given the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.
C.D. accepts cases from both Missouri and Illinois. Additionally, C.D. is licensed to practice in the United States Federal Court in the Eastern District of Missouri.
C.D. was born and raised in the South County area of St. Louis. C.D. attended the University of Missouri–Columbia and received a Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Communication and Psychology. After his undergraduate studies at Mizzou, C.D. received his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law.
