Doug Biggs is a Managing Partner and Founder of Longo Biggs Injury Law. As a Partner at Longo Biggs Injury Law, Doug focuses his practice on Personal Injury, Worker’s Compensation and Business Law.

Doug’s experience as lead counsel on personal injury and workers’ compensation cases has led to millions of dollars in recovery for his clients. He maximizes compensation to his clients with tireless advocacy and by refusing to entertain disingenuous negotiations and lowball offers from insurance companies. Doug maintains a client first approach by vigorously fighting for their best interest but also communicating with them on a personal level, allowing his clients to make the decisions which best suit their case.

Doug’s experience in Business Law has included representation of small and medium sized businesses in a range of matters such as simple entity formation up to complicated matters such as acquisition negotiations with fortune 500 companies. Doug maintains his client first and personal approach with his business clients, always keeping the primary focus of his representation on what matters most, the bottom line of the business.

Doug has been recognized in his practice with awards such as a Top 10 Under 40 by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff by the National Trial Lawyers and the Avvo Client’s Choice Award. He was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2019.

Doug accepts cases from Missouri, Illinois, and the United States Federal Court in Missouri.

Doug grew up in the Bevo Mill neighborhood of South St. Louis. He attended Missouri Valley College where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications and a minor in Business. At Missouri Valley, Doug was a four year member of the men’s basketball team. Doug received his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law where he also received concentrations in Civil Practice and Taxation.
